The dynamic reformer Pilates at Beverly Hills Studios is a fun, energetic workout. You’ll improve your cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Classes take place 7 days a week and are programmed in the mornings, at lunchtime and in the evenings giving you a full body workout.
+ Is there more than one type of class ?
We have an array of classes to satisfy all needs. We offer dynamic reformer classes, barre, yoga and cardio boxing. Classes suitable for all ages and levels. You can choose to attend group or private classes.
+ What is a Reformer Machine?
A reformer is a simple machine that provides added resistance to exercises. Dynamic reformer transforms your entire body, strengthening and toning almost every muscle in your body as you focus and master the simple moves.
+ What can I expect from a class ?
Expect to find a safe and welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels. Our classes are designed so that everyone can exercise at their optimal intensity.That said, expect to sweat like you’ve never sweat before! And expect to fall in love with the best workout you’ve ever done. We start with a short warm-up, then dive right into a core-centric meltdown. Depending on which class you choose, we’ll target your back, chest, shoulders, and arms or your legs, quads, and glutes. You’ll feel your workout from your toes to your nose! You should also expect modifications provided on your form because we are serious about preventing injury.You should arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.
+ How many classes should I take a week ?
That depends on your fitness goals. Start with two classes a week, but once you see the benefits of improved posture, greater flexibility, and lean, strong muscles, you’ll want to sign up for more.
+ What should I know about my first class ?
We recommend you wearing a pair of leggings, a sports bra, t-shirt and grip socks are required for safety and hygiene — no exceptions. These are available for purchase at the studio and at local retailers. They are also available with many online retailers.
We also recommended the following:
– Arrive 10 minutes before class so you have enough time to meet your instructor, get orientated to the equipment, and fill out our registration form.
– Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that you can easily move in.
– Loose jewelry is not a good idea. It can get caught on the machine.
– Please bring a water bottle.
– No cell phones during class. Please be respectful of the instructor and other class members.
– Leave your iPod at home—music is a huge part of how we get you motivated!

Absolutely. Our team is made of highly skilled and carefully selected fitness professionals who are all trained in the Beverly Hills Studios Dynamic Reformer Method, First Aid and CPR certified.
