Kid’s Boxing

Kids Boxing (11 to 14 years old) are fun and safe. A weekly class of one hour will improve the ability to concentrate, develop confidence and self-control. A great discipline to work on respect and discipline. Basic boxing techniques will be taught, including kicking and punching combinations. All of these activities promote better motor coordination while helping to maximize endurance and strength.
