A 45-minute bar class at a high pace to burn calories and sweat. Incorporating the principles of HIIT – short periods of intense exercise associated with rapid rest intervals – using a mixture of classic Barre exercises. During the Sweat Barre, we work at high intensity for 30 seconds, followed by 25 seconds of “active” rest. A great way to lose weight and boost your metabolism for 2020.
