Come join Jamal on Tuesdays at 12 :15 and Thursdays at 6pm for his new Bootcamp Pilates classes.
Bootcamp Pilates is a one-hour circuit that uses the pilates reformer as well as dumbbells and functional weight training exercises. Each station is 1 minute with a small rest period between each exercise. This is a head to toe burning workout that will improve core strength and balance. A fun class taken at a much faster pace than a regular Pilates class but with not compromising on the form and the principles of Pilates.
